The Marketing Officer coordinates and implements marketing and communications activities to increase demand

The primary focus of this is to support brand and communications initiatives, execute marketing campaigns and community-based activities, monitor campaign effectiveness, and assist in digital media implementation.


Your Contribution – Key Responsibilities.


• Participates in the development of the Protector Plus brand’s marketing and communication strategy, including activities such as Keystone / HCD activities, immersion, data synthesis, prototyping, testing and iteration.
• Drafts campaign briefs aligned with user insights and coordinate agency briefing sessions.
• Participates in the assessment of agency proposals.
• Liaises with advertising agencies to ensure timely completion of all advertising jobs.
• Reviews all materials submitted by advertising agencies before proceeding to production.
• Prepares the brand management section for monthly and quarterly reports.
• Implements campaigns and communications activities based on the approved strategy and work plan.
• Supports the sales team to cascade marketing campaigns and communication interventions to the community

with PSH communications / campaign objectives.
• Assists in the organization of events and functions as directed by the Marketing Manager.
• Conducts daily media monitoring and checking for conformity with the booked media schedule and flags any
discrepancies to the relevant Marketing Manager.
• Conducts field visits to monitor the quality of communication implementation.
• Assists the Marketing Manager in developing innovative communication channels and identifying
opportunities to increase the uptake of Protector Plus condoms through digital media platforms.
• Supports the maintenance of PSH digital media assets, including websites, mobile applications, and chatbots.
• Assists the Marketing Manager in developing social media developing social media content, rolling out content
as per the content plan and monitoring performance on social media channels.
• Supports the Ministry of Health and Child Care in its stewardship role for the marketing development of
condoms and other biomedical prevention products.

What Are We Looking For?


• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications or a related field.
• At least 3 years of proven experience in marketing, communications, sales or a similar role in the commercial sector.
• Strong understanding of marketing and communications principles and strategies of FMCG products.

Your Contribution – Key Responsibilities.


• Carries out timely and accurate data capturing of assigned programs to ensure data quality.
• Ensures that all electronic data is uploaded on the server routinely and provides daily updates on data entry or synchronization status.
• Conducts daily data quality checks in the database to ensure completeness, consistency, and accuracy.

 Assistant Internal Auditor – Head Office *1 (Full Time)

To help provide independent assurance on PSH and partners’ risk management, governance, internal control processes
and safeguards that are in place to protect assets and ensure operational effectiveness.


Your Contribution – Key Responsibilities.


• Coordinates the submission of input from all departments for updating their risk profiles.
• Flags gaps that they come across during work to their supervisor to consider whether these should be part of the
risk registers.
• Tracks periodic updates (at least annually) of operational risk registers and escalates issues for those that are not
documented or assessed annually.
• Checks completeness of risks recorded in the Audit system and advises on the gaps.
• Schedules and where applicable, attends opening meetings.
• Coordinates with data entry clerks and is the first line reviewer of their work for audit support and supervises data
entry clerks when engaged to assist with data entry.
• Performs administrative tasks to support the Internal Auditors resource mobilisation.

What Are We Looking For?


• Degree or professional qualification in Audit/ Accounting.
• One year post graduate work experience in audit, risk, compliance, investigations or related areas is a preferred
advantage.
• Willingness to learn about automated spreadsheets, accounting and audit systems.
• Knowledge of International Auditing Standards and GAAP is a distinct advantage.
• Proven ability to work with tight deadlines.

• Serves as the primary point of contact for all DREAMS and DHIS2 support requests.

Integrated HIV Care Nurse – Gweru *1 (Full Time)


To provide comprehensive, person-centred, and quality integrated HIV/SRHR services to clients with the aim of ensuring that all recipients of care are linked to and retained in HIV prevention, care, and treatment services and supported to lead healthier lives and to plan the families they desire.


Your Contribution – Key Responsibilities.


• Applies appropriate HIV testing modalities and screening tool to optimize efficiency in HIV testing.
• Provides PD-HTS, targeted outreach and HIV-ST as guided by hot spot mapping or risk network referrals as appropriate.
• Provides HIV self-testing for target populations and track all recipients for confirmatory testing, linkage to care and treatment, as appropriate.
• Conducts person-centred index case testing (ICT) and contact tracing in key and priority populations such as newly diagnosed HIV positive clients, virally unsuppressed, and adult men, in a safe and ethical manner as per WHO and PEPFAR guidelines.
• Provides facility and community Anti-Retroviral Therapy (ART) initiation.
• Assesses and provides all HIV negative clients with the most appropriate biomedical prevention methods such as VMMC, PrEP, DREAMS, Condom programming and STI screening and treatment.
• Links HIV negative clients to social support structures and/or case managers for continued care support.
• Provides information to all HIV negative recipients of care on available biomedical prevention options for them to make informed choices.
• Leads GBV /IPV case identification, providing timely first line support i.e., minimum package of care and post GBV support using the LIVES framework.
• Proactively assesses for risk of defaulting and mitigates against this through appropriate differentiated care models.
• Longitudinally follows-up and actively tracks clients eligible for viral load testing. (Set appointments, educates, and keeps clients aware of appointment dates through client held records/SMS reminders etc)
• Provides viral load monitoring services from sample collection to transportation, documentation, and uses the results in management of recipients of care.
• Continuously counsels’ clients on the benefits of U=U to, among other reasons, motivates early ART initiation, improves treatment adherence and retention.
• Works with a multi-disciplinary team to conduct enhanced adherence counselling (EAC) for clients with high (unsuppressed) viral loads, does follow-up viral load testing and switches/maintains treatment in line with
MOHCC guidelines.
• Implements facility and community differentiated service delivery models to retain clients on ART.
• Tracks defaulters, returns them to care and respectfully looks for, address and documents reasons for defaulting.
• Leads the transition of stable KP and Gen Pop clients to friendly/capacitated public sector clinics.
• Provides family planning methods, both short and long-term, offer clients a chosen method of family planning according to WHO medical eligibility criteria and national guidelines.
• Provides comprehensive information (through counselling for choice) and health education to all clients as part of integrated HIV/SRH package of care.
• Adheres to PSH SRH quality assurance standards when offering services (technical and expertise informed choice, client safety, privacy and confidentiality and continuity of care)
• Manages family planning related problems i.e., side effects, complications and adverse events according to set
guidelines and protocols.
• Performs quality cervical cancer screening through HPV DNA testing/ VIAC according to standard SOPs and explains and interprets the results to the client.
• Works with community health workers to mobilise clients for SRHR services.
• Provides treatment of cervical pre-cancerous lesions using cryotherapy
• Provides STI screening and treatment services according to national guidelines.
• Attends to SRH emergencies (on call), takes appropriate action and report to supervisor as appropriate.
• Ensures completion and updates of all relevant registers and facility green books in line with MOHCC and PEPFAR minimum standards of care.

HIV Prevention Nurse- Harare *1 (Full Time)


To provide comprehensive, person-centred, and quality integrated HIV prevention services to clients with the aim of
ensuring that all recipients of care are linked to and retained in HIV prevention, care, and treatment services and
supported to lead healthier lives and to plan the families they desire. Specifically, the HIV Prevention Nurse will be
responsible for providing safe voluntary medical male circumcision (VMMC) services by utilising professional fine
surgical skills, giving adequate counselling, coordinating activities with other team players and stakeholders, and
ensuring linkage to other HIV prevention strategies.


Your Contribution – Key Responsibilities.


• Conducts pre-operative assessment to ascertain eligibility for VMMC and validity of the consent.
• Conducts aseptic procedure at the operation site.
• Administers local anesthesia pre/intra-operatively as per MOHCC protocol.
• Performs the surgical cutting of the foreskin using the specific technique according to WHO standards.
• Performs surgical suture on wounds according to surgical standards.

What are we looking for?

1. Key and Vulnerable Populations Officer - Bambanani New Start Centre *1 (Full Time) {Readvertisement}

Job exists to provide leadership, targeted community engagement, demand generation, monitoring and evaluation,
quality assurance and supervision of key populations for the clinical HIV prevention, treatment and care interventions implemented directly by PSH and through sub award partners.

Your Contribution – Key Responsibilities.

• Serves as a member of the PSH New Start services team, ensuring the coordination and linkages to comprehensive HIV/Sexual and reproductive health (SRH) services for Key Populations (KVPs).
• Provides oversight and support to KVPs partner organizations and community-based enhanced peer mobilizers (EPMs), meeting weekly and as needed to review and plan activities against targets, and to train, mentor, supervise, coach, and build capacity.
• Maps and monitors KVPs hotspots coverage by demand generation and community mobilization activities.
• Develops outreach schedules in liaison with the Clinical Services Coordinator and explores demand generation and community mobilization opportunities with other partners.
• Collaborates with the KVP community footprint and the Clinical Services Coordinator and creates opportunities to identify KVPs requiring clinical self-testing, HIV/SRH services and includes these in a comprehensive KVPs services package.
• Attend weekly/monthly programme review meetings
• In liaison with KVP Partners and DSIE, strengthen routine monitoring and evaluation of KVP data and ensure that data is analyzed to inform  decision making for programme improvement.
• Monitors the quality of data collection by EPMs using the DHIS2 tool to demonstrate the HIV services cascade from community to services and across partners.
• Coordinate the collection and collation of KVP data using one KVP M&E system (DHIS2) across the KVP implementing partners.
• Provide M&E support to partners and KVP community footprint.
• Identifies training and capacity-development needs among local KVP EPMs and implementing partners, and conducts, coordinates and evaluates trainings, including standardization of messages and approaches.
• Supports and supervises PSH-direct EPMs and EPMs from implementing partners in the development and facilitation of individual and small group behavioral change and risk reduction interventions, as well as community mobilization activities.
• Facilitates and tracks care and treatment linkages between facilities and partner organizations.

• Ensures the coordination of KVP partner monthly and ad-hoc meetings, joint field visits and representation at relevant fora, including participation in the KVP technical working groups and updates.
• Liaises with the DAC, MoHCC and implementing partners to ensure synergies for smooth implementation.
• Supports and coordinates community led monitoring activities at the New Start Centre and for health facilities in their districts.
• Coordinates the provision of KVP friendly services both at site and on outreach.
• Maps and monitors key populations’ (KVPs) hotspots coverage by demand generation activities.
• Develop outreach schedules in liaison with Clinical Services Coordinators and explores demand generation opportunities with other partners.
• Ensures availability of KVPs IEC materials and commodities at key contact points.
• Generates demand for integrated services offered by New Start. Centre
• Work with the marketing department and harmonize the development and the dissemination of KVP related IEC materials using the national HIV communication strategy.
• Ensure continuous availability of commodities for key populations such as lubricants and condoms
• Creates opportunities to enhance mobilisation and linkage of clients to HIV/SRH services and ensure their access to comprehensive and friendly KVP services.

What Are We Looking For?

• An undergraduate degree or a diploma in Health Sciences, Health Promotions, Social Work, or related Social Science field.
• Five years’ work experience in program management related to development and/or community mobilization for outreach-based HIV services interventions.
• Good analytical skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Demonstrated computer skills and experience, including Microsoft Office and spreadsheets.
• Demonstrated skills in training, coordination, facilitation, communication, documentation, and report writing.
• Ability to work with people from diverse backgrounds.
• At least 2 years of clean class 4 driver’s license.
• Demonstrated experience, knowledge and sensitivity working with KVP individuals and communities.
