Population Solutions for Health (PSH) a registered trust as per the laws of Zimbabwe, works closely with the Ministry of Health & Childcare (MOHCC) and related agencies is inviting Expression of Interest from reputable organisations that provides Business Process Automation (BPA) solutions.

The solution must be able to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, improve compliance, and elevate customer experience in all business operations.  The focus will be on eliminating paper-based workflows and document approvals.

Interested parties should submit the following: (1) A statement clearly stating interest and proficiency in providing the solution, (2) Certificate of Incorporation (3) CV’s of project team  (4) CR14 form, (5 Valid Tax Clearance (6) Solution approach and methodology & technical architecture (7) Summary of Similar work done within the last five years and contactable references.

Only eligible and qualified organisations that demonstrates capacity shall be shortlisted and will be invited to submit technical and financial proposals to carry out the assignment. PSH is not bound to shortlist any organization who have expressed interest and reserves the right to terminate the procurement process at any time prior to award without incurring any liabilities.

An RFQ with the final scope of work and the selection criteria will be shared only with the shortlisted vendors

The expressions of interest titled on the subject line; EOI- RQ19539166-c0d8 must be submitted to the following email address: tenders@psh.org.zw not later than 25th^th July 2024 and any late submissions shall be disqualified.
